• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
• OS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 Professional/Enterprise
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• - Network & Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot LAN connectivity to ensure seamless communication across the organization
• Assists in improving OS and application security by performing regular patching as tasked
• - Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Windows 10/11 devices. This includes managing driver updates, BIOS configurations, and local peripheral support
